The team here at Mary Cay Koen Orthodontics in Goodlettsville, TN, takes pride in providing top quality service and a comfortable atmosphere for any new patients in need of orthodontic care. We will answer all your questions, and ensure that you have the knowledge you need to choose the proper treatment for you or your child.

Your First Visit

During your first visit, you will meet a staff member who specializes in guiding you through the initial orientation of our office. Following a tour of the office, the Records Specialist will gather information, conduct any necessary x-rays, and take digital photos. The doctor will then evaluate the x-rays and photos and give you a complete orthodontic exam.

We will discuss any orthodontic treatment recommended for all new patients. Appliances, appointments, and financial arrangements will be presented by the Treatment Coordinator. In many instances, we are able to begin treatment the same day if that is helpful to you. Of course, answering your questions is very important. As a courtesy to you and your dentist, there is no fee for this initial visit.
